Spring flowers have sprouted and bloomed everywhere I look, and my chives... they are ready to be cut. Makes me hungry for our Radish & Chive Spread....here's the recipe in case it makes you hungry too...!!!
8 oz. cream cheese -softened
1 T. butter softened (a must!)
1 c. radishes -chopped fine
1/'2 c. fresh chives - cut
1/2 t. salt
Dry radishes with paper towel, cream cheese and butter together - add radishes and chives - add salt and mix well - Chill. Serve with crackers, party bread, veggies - DELISH!!
This is always a favorite when I serve it at home or at the store. I use Pepperidge Farm Butterfly crackers - and add a sprig of fresh chives when serving!
The rabbits keep "multiplying" and I am wondering what is going on in the store when I am not there....see for yourself !!
